A message from our Managing Director, Chris Holmes.
Dear friends and family of ASK Italian,
Thank you for checking in on us. In line with government guidance on social distancing and staying home wherever possible, our restaurants remain temporarily closed.
The safety and wellbeing of our customers, team members and the wider communities surrounding our restaurants is our number one priority. With the restaurants standing empty, we are doing everything possible to look after our teams during these tough and unprecedented times.
In closing things down temporarily, we have been following a set process so that our standards remain intact and we are ready to reopen when the time is right. During this period, our teams have shown an incredible sense of kindness and community during such a challenging period with food supplies donated to local causes such as food banks and NHS workers, and the flowers intended for our spring events being sent out to hospices across the UK.
Please stay safe and bear with us as the majority of our head office support team have also had to clock off while we protect our business and teams through a period of hibernation. We’re very much looking forward to seeing each and every one of you when we’re back open again and will update you as soon as we can.
We are all called to do our bit and this is ours.
A little follow-up note
We’ve tried to think through some of the questions you might have whilst we are in hibernation and can’t respond directly. Please click here for FAQs for further details on gift cards, team policy and more.
