ASPARAGI E PROSCIUTTO
Fresh asparagus spears wrapped in prosciutto and baked. Topped with Italian croutons and grated Grana Padano cheese; drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
FETTUCCINE PRIMAVERA CON PROSCIUTTO
Flat ribboned fettuccine pasta with spring asparagus, peas, courgettes and prosciutto in a creamy pecorino and Grana Padano cheese sauce.
PRIMA PIZZA PEPPERONI E ZUCCHINE
Our Spring pizza: spicy pepperoni and smoked pancetta with spinach and shaved zucchine. Topped with tangy crème fraîche and grated ricotta salata.
TORTA DI CARAMELLO (V, N)
A rich caramel tart scented with orange, and generously topped with chopped almonds, hazelnuts, pecans and walnuts. Served warm, with vanilla or Italian milk and honey gelato.
