To celebrate our delicious fresh ingredients, we have created a unique “Edible Bouquet” in partnership with our floral friends Rebel Rebel. Carefully crafted with fresh Italian herbs that feature in our new menu; such as Rosemary, Olive, Mint & Pea, our bouquet is completely edible. We are hosting a series of events in London, Liverpool & Leeds to bring a slice of Spring to you.
Officially launching in London on Tuesday 26th March, the floral masterclass will run from 7:30pm -9:30pm at our Spring Street restaurant, offering the perfect opportunity to spend time together with friends and family ahead of Mother’s Day! We will then be in Leeds on the 27th March and Liverpool on 28th March.
Rebel Rebel will guide you through the stages of creating the “La Dolce Vita” bouquet, carefully crafted with fresh Italian herbs, foliage and edible flowers including Rosemary & Pea, Olive & Mint, yellow courgette flowers, mimosas and pink roses. All ingredients are inspired by the delicious new dishes available at our restaurants and the final bouquet will make the perfect gift or dinner table centrepiece.
