The Man Behind the Menu

"I love Italian food for its simplicity. Italian cooking is about bringing out the flavour of the ingredients as much as possible. When it comes to food sometimes less is more.

I now visit Italy at least 6 or 7 times a year. I visit my suppliers as well as favourite and new restaurants.

At ASK Italian, we've worked hard and put in thousands of hours in the kitchen to create an authentic Italian experience. I think it shows in the atmosphere, the sense of style and the Italian spirit that's present in the restaurants. And, of course, it's there most of all in the food."
