Prima Light Coppa Ham and Egg

New Spring dishes available early... Exclusively on our Mother's Day Set Menu!

Spring is in the air, and it’s not long now until we launch our new menu! As with each new menu, we’ve been working with our expert friend, one of the country’s most celebrated chef’s, Theo Randall to bring you dishes that capture the true essence of Italian cooking.

This spring we’ve added a new range of Pizzas – Prima Lights! Each one is under 550 Calories; lighter versions of your favourite Prima Pizza’s, balanced with a rainbow salad so you can enjoy less dough and more rainbow!

The Prima Light Coppa Ham and Egg is a brand new addition to the menu… Topped with a soft-baked free range egg, coppa ham, spinach, asparagus tomato and mozzarella. The toppings are fresh, filling and balanced for you. The nutritious rainbow salad features candy striped beetroot and yellow courgettes alongside mixed leaves, radishes, Santos tomatoes, pine nuts and comes is served with a citrus dressing on the side.

And we haven’t forgotten about desserts either! We’ve added a zesty new Lemon Tart to the menu – a classic Italian dessert that adds a little sunshine to the end of your meal.

In fact, we love these new additions so much that we decided to add them to our Mother’s Day set menu, to help make your Mother’s Day celebration extra special!

The Prima Light Coppa Ham and Egg and Lemon Tart are available to customers dining from our special Mother’s Day set menu, on the 10th and 11th of March only. They, along with the rest of our new Spring menu will be available from Tuesday the 13th March.
