Spring has Sprung

Discover our new Spring Menu

Taste the colours of Spring.

This spring we’ve added lots of new dishes to celebrate Green and Pink – the colours of the season.

You can’t miss our vibrant Pea & Ricotta Souffle, twice baked on a bed of spinach, in a rich cheese sauce & topped with mascarpone. Or lighten up with our Super Green soup – both delicious and light for under 200Kcal. Both perfect with an pink aperitif – try our new Strawberry Mojito or Pink G&T and get that perfect Instagram shot.

Onto mains, and we have been working with our friend Theo Randall on how to make egg-cellent food. The classic Prima Two Egg Fiorentina Pizza is stonebaked perfection. Or make your friends green with food envy with our vibrant Prima Super Green Vegan Pizza; pea purée base topped with tender baby kale, asparagus, peas, red pepper pearls, spinach, balsamic red onions and vegan mozzarella alternative.

And you’ll be pleased to know that we haven’t forgotten about desserts either. Calling all salted caramel lovers - we’ve added the show stopping Baked Cookie with Salted Caramel Gelato perfect for you.
