Spring is in the air, and it’s not long now until we launch our new menu! We’ve been busy working with our expert friend, one of the country’s most celebrated chefs, Theo Randall to bring you dishes that capture the true essence of Italian cooking, as well as bringing you some lighter and brighter new dishes.
This spring we’ve added a whole new range of pizzas – Prima Light! Each one is under 550 calories (kcal)*; lighter versions of your favourite Prima Pizzas, balanced with a rainbow salad so you can enjoy less dough and more rainbow!
Look out for our seasonal new Pea and Prosciutto Risotto, made with asparagus and pea puree, then topped with crispy smoked prosciutto and baby watercress. It's so beautiful, and tastes even better than it looks!
And we haven’t forgotten about desserts either! Amongst others, we’ve added a zesty new Lemon Tart to the menu – a classic Italian dessert that adds a little sunshine to the end of your meal.

The full menu is available to try from Tuesday the 13th March... the perfect excuse for a get together with friends and celebrate the beginning of Spring.
