Summer is here, and we’re celebrating the season with two tasty new additions to our menu, from Tuesday the 19th June.
Escape the every-day and try our NEW summer special Burrata & Sunshine Bruschetta (V). In case you didn’t already know… Burrata is mozzarella’s creamier cousin, and our sunshine bread has a tomato base with ‘rays’ of yellow courgette, and purple basil pesto. Just like on our most loved fresh pasta Purple Basil Pesto Genovese, the purple basil pesto is made from actual purple basil pesto grown for us on a family farm in the hills near Verona!
Eat the sea with our NEW Crab & Ricotta Half Moon Pasta – filled pasta with crab and ricotta, in a creamy tomato and crab bisque. It’s topped with a large king prawn in its shell and fresh samphire. Try it and we’re sure you’ll feel transported to the sun bleached Italian coastline.
And because Spritz’O’Clock is our favourite time of the day, we’ve added a whole range, so you can choose your perfect aperitivo:
Aperol Spritz – the iconic Italian aperitivo; Aperol, Prosecco and soda
NEW Limoncello Spritz – a taste of Amalfi sunshine; Prosecco with a dash of Limoncello.
NEW Rose Garden Spritz – Refreshing Pinot Grigio rosé win, gin and tonic, garnished with an edible flower.
So gather together your favourite people and toast the season with a spritz or two for an after work catch up, leisurely lunch or spontaneous get together at ours – because summer tastes better together.
