We ask groups of 8 or more to provide their card details to secure their booking. Before completing a large party booking online or after submitting an enquiry you will be sent a link through our booking partner Design My Night to complete the authentication. The authentication will be to pre-authorise ÂŁ5 per guest. Once the process has been completed your card will not be charged and no payments will be taken unless you fail to turn up for your booking and/or fail to cancel before our 24hr cancellation period. In the event that you do not turn up for your booking or fail to cancel 24 hours before, the full amount of the deposit will be charged. If you need to amend or cancel your reservation, please contact our restaurants teams who will be happy to assist.

Our dish descriptions don’t always mention every single ingredient, so please check the allergen menu if you have any allergies. Our allergen menu covers the 14 allergens specified by the Food Information Regulations*. We are no longer reporting on garlic and onion.
Our Menu indicates vegetarian and vegan dishes. Our non-gluten dishes can be found in our allergen guide alongside a list of allergens. All of our pizzas (except the Calzone range) and Classic Pastas (excluding Ravioli) can also be made with non-gluten containing ingredients. Our nutritional information page lists calories and other nutritional information to help you make an informed choice.

As a company we recognise the importance of the safe management of allergens and the serious effect they can have on certain individuals. We have strict policies in place to deal with handling allergens, as well as a strict auditing process to ensure that these policies are fully complied with in all of our restaurants.
However, our suppliers and kitchens handle numerous ingredients and allergens. Whilst we have strict controls in place to reduce the risk of contamination, unfortunately it is not possible for us to guarantee that our dishes will be 100% allergen free. Please speak to the restaurant manager if you have any food allergies prior to placing your order so we can take extra care preparing your dish.

From April 6th 2022, food businesses in England with more than 250 employees are required to provide calorie information by default for all the food, and some of the drinks that they serve. To read more please visit the government website.
The government legislation requires us to provide calorie information for all food and drink with some exceptions:
Drinks with over 1.2% alcohol by volume (ABV)
General use condiments where they are added by the consumer – Balsamic and Chilli oil etc
Food which is not included on the menu or otherwise offered for sale, and which is expressly requested by the customer to be made available or prepared differently to the way it is usually prepared.
Absolutely. We recognise that not everyone wants to see calories so we’ve printed a menu without the calorie information that’s readily available on request in all of our restaurants. We’re currently working on a feature for our online menu that will enable you to hide the calories there too if you’d rather.

As part of our commitment to improving our sustainability with the SRA (Sustainable Restaurant Association), we aim to transition all of our eggs, including those used as ingredients in sauces and desserts to fully free range.
Acrylamide is naturally created when many common foods that are rich in carbohydrates are heated. For example, it can be created when heating or cooking certain foods at a high temperature, in some of the foods we serve such fried potatoes and pizzas — foods that can be found in just about every restaurant and home.
We acknowledge that there is consumer concern about acrylamide in cooked foods and have taken precautions to minimise the amount that is present in our food.
We follow best practice advice from organisations such as Food Standards Agency and Food and Drink Europe. We use only potato varieties low in sugar that are specifically for chips and fried potatoes.
We cook our food to a golden yellow colour which is recommended practice and can be visually checked by our chefs. Any burnt or darker colour food is discarded. We have a rigorous cleaning regime for all our cooking equipment, ovens and fryers to ensure that any charred or burnt product is removed and cannot be transferred to the food we serve.

We have a specially designed Kids Menu with a starter, choice of main course, choice of dessert and a babyccino for £7.50. The menu also doubles up as a colouring page to give the kids some fun during your meal.
High chairs are available in all of our restaurants and nappy changing facilities vary per restaurant. Use Locations and select your preferred restaurant to see their children’s facilities.
Our Kids Menu is fun, authentic and great for little ones up to around 10 years old, but you know your child best so we’ll leave the ordering up to you.
You are able to buy gift cards and e-gifts in the restaurant or on our Gift Cards page. You are also able to buy gift cards in some retail outlets.

To help minimise contact in our restaurants, we are encouraging card, Apple Pay or Google Pay payments via our webapp Pronto Pay or by card machine. However, if none of these options work for you, we also accept cash payments.

ASK Italian is not a Halal or Kosher restaurant, as all our restaurants serve pork and beef and we do not have specific handling policies that ensure the final dishes are Halal or Kosher.

Yes! We have a great webapp called Pronto Order and Pay, there’s no need to download anything, you can simply scan the QR code during your meal to order extras or pay for your meal. Our team are always available too if you would prefer to Pay or order with them!
To help minimise contact in our restaurants, we are encouraging card, Apple Pay or Google Pay payments via our webapp Pronto Pay or by card machine. You can pay up to ÂŁ45 contactless on your card and unlimited when using Apple Pay and Google Pay.
