ASSISTANT CHEF
At ASK Italian, our Assistant Chefs are a fundamental part of the Back of House team. You’ll work as part of an incredible team to ensure that every one of our customers has an amazing dining experience.
CHEF DE PARTIE
As an ASK Italian CDP, you’ll train and develop in all sections of the kitchen. You’ll be an expert of our fantastic menu and wow our customers with every dish.
SOUS CHEF
Working alongside your Head Chef, you’ll lead your kitchen with pride. You’ll lead by example to ensure that every dish is made to perfection, coaching your team to be at their best and learning all of the skills and behaviours to lead an outstanding kitchen and BOH service!
HEAD CHEF
As an ASK Italian Head Chef you’ll lead your team to success. You’ll motivate, guide and coach your team to ensure a customer dining experience that is second to none, and with key understanding of our strategic vision you’ll work alongside your General Manager to lead a phenomenal business from strength to strength.
