Booking Terms and Conditions:
These are the terms and conditions that apply when you dine with ASK and place a reservation through one of our sites directly, on our automated telephone booking service or digital channels such as our website.
You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions when you make a reservation.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and you should therefore check them each time you make a reservation. The terms and conditions applying to your reservation will be those in place on the date that you make your reservation.
Booking at ASK Italian
Reserving a table at your chosen restaurant is not required to dine at ASK, you are also able to walk in and request a table at any time. We 100% recommend you book before visiting to guarantee your spot.
Outdoor bookings are available at certain locations but are subject to availability and weather dependent. Please use the ‘booking type’ dropdown and select ‘Outdoors’ to reserve.
When reserving a large party booking, please note that some of our sites may not be able to accommodate customers with mobility needs due to limitations with ground floor capacity. We recommend contacting your chosen site directly who will be able to assist you with the best options for your visit.
Large Party Bookings
We ask groups of 8 or more to provide their card details to secure their booking. Before completing a large party booking online or after submitting an enquiry you will be sent a link through our booking partner Design My Night to complete the authentication. The authentication will be to pre-authorise £5 per guest. Once the process has been completed your card will not be charged and no payments will be taken unless you fail to turn up for your booking and/or fail to cancel before our 24hr cancellation period. In the event that you do not turn up for your booking or fail to cancel 24 hours before, the full amount of the deposit will be charged. If you need to amend or cancel your reservation, please contact our restaurants teams who will be happy to assist.
Service Charge
For bookings of 6 or more people a 10% discretionary service charge will also be applied to your meal on the day (when a minimum of 6 main courses are purchased). The service can be removed at any time by speaking to one of our team when dinning with us. A discretionary service charge of 10% is also added to any party size when visiting one of our London sites.
Private Dining Areas
We have a range of private and semi-private dining spaces available to reserve in selected ASK sites. Our restaurants come in all shapes and sizes, and this is also the case for our private dining areas. The spaces are subject to a minimum number of customers,  which vary depending on the specific site you wish to visit. We recommend you contact the restaurant directly to hear more about the space. The restaurant also reserves the right to refuse bookings on but not limited to red letter days, bank holidays, local event days and during seasonal trading periods.
Events outside our control
We may also cancel your reservation if an event outside of our control (including industrial action, explosion, outbreak of disease, health and safety issues, fire, flooding, and failure of power and/or water supplies or emergency evacuation) means that we are unable to trade safely in site. In this case we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible and assist with re-arranging your reservation to another date where possible or to cancel.
