The nights are drawing in, there’s an Autumnal chill in the air, and we’re getting cosy with our new Autumn Menu. This year, we have taken the flavours of the season to bring you your new favourite dishes. For starters, we have introduced a seasonal soup, our new Minestrone Soup – dive into a hearty soup with vegetables, chickpeas, cannellini beans and orzo pasta. Topped with a cheesy dumpling.
Frills are in this season, with our new fresh egg frilly pasta range. We’ve rediscovered our stunning King Prawn & Crayfish – frilly pasta with succulent king prawns and crayfish, in a creamy tomato and lobster bisque with a hint of chilli, topped with a large king prawn in its shell. We’re taking flavours of the season seriously, enjoying Autumnal truffle, with our yummy Sausage & Truffle Infused Olive Oil frilly Pasta; Italian Luganica sausage in a creamy tomato and truffled mushroom sauce topped with mascarpone, smoked prosciutto and truffle infused olive oil.
Not only have we launched our new Pasta Fresca range, we have re-invented classic Italian pasta dishes; roll up for our Four Cheese Ravioli & Beef Ragu; a long ravioli, filled with pockets of four cheese, oven baked on top of a rich beef ragu. Or Go Grande with our mega Lasagne, your favourite lasagne only with extra ragu, cheese, coppa ham flowers and beef meatballs.
Warm up with our Slow Cooked Beef in Chianti Sauce; beef shin and shallots slow cooked in rich Chianti red wine sauce with a cheesy dumpling. Topped with our rosemary & olive oil bread and served with a side of broccoli.
For pudding, we have taken inspiration from retro flavours. Taking centre stage, this show-stopping dessert is an Italian take on a nostalgic British flavour favourite - Rhubarb and Custard Ravioli featuring pretty pink filled pasta parcels with a sweet and sour rhubarb filling, in a mouth-watering vanilla custard, topped with crumble.
There are plenty of vegetarian meal options, as well as Allergen, Vegan & Non-Gluten menus available, with dishes including our super fresh, Prima Super Green Pizza, a pea purée base topped with tender baby kale, asparagus, peas, red pepper pearls, spinach, balsamic red onions and vegan mozzarella alternative.
