Our NEW autumn menu is all about comfort food that looks as amazing as it tastes. Tempted?
The leaves are turning with purple basil, planted in Verona especially for our autumn menu, which brings colour to our classics in the form of dollops of a beautiful purple basil pesto. Our folded Garlic Bread Speciale, a folded cheesy garlic bread, is ‘dressed to impesto’ with purple basil pesto or indulgently tangy topped with balsamic onions.
Autumn florals are in this season with edible flowers adorning our Purple Basil Pesto Genovese fresh pasta, Yoghurt Panna Cotta and Peach V&T cocktail, all new to the menu.
We’ve got warming starters such as our vegan Tuscan Bean Soup and vegetarian Pumpkin Arancini served with a spicy tomato dip.
Our fun new Chicken Lecca-Lecca – Italian for ‘lollipop’, how cool is that? – can be ordered separately or as part of our Antipasto Fritto alongside Mushrooms al forno, Calamari, Dough Sticks and Zucchini Fritte; that’s a whole lot of tasty.
If you agree with Federico Fellini that “life is a combination of magic and pasta” then you’ll love our new pasta dishes – from a Sausage Cannelloni filled with a hearty Italian sausage ragu and baked in a tomato and basil sauce, to our colourful Spinach & Ricotta Girasole (or ‘sunflower’ pasta) served with spinach and a mascarpone cream sauce, to our beautiful Purple Basil Pesto Genovese which deserves another mention because it’s just so pretty in pesto!
If you’re more of a ‘pizza is life’ kind of foodie, we’ve got new Prima pizzas – Ham and Smoked Scamorza Cheese or our fiery Salsiccia with N’duja sausage meat, roquito pepper pearls, caramelised onions and fontal cheese (we’ll even add chillies if you’re feeling extra hot).
