FRONT OF HOUSE
We’re a place to get together, celebrate the everyday and make those memories which last a lifetime. Our front of house team brings to life our purpose and values so that every single customer gets to relax, unwind and be themselves.
BACK OF HOUSE
Our kitchens are at the heart of everything we do. Our food always begins with inspiration from Italy, it might be a well loved dish or an ingredient. As a member of our Back of House team, you’ll showcase our fantastic menu and create those dishes that our customers keep coming back for.
APPRENTICESHIPS WITH ASK
Whether your passion is being with our customers or creating our Italian dishes, with the ASK Italian Apprenticeship Programme, you’ll be supported to achieve either a Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship Certificate or a Level 3 Senior Production chef Apprenticeship Certificate.
Once you’ve completed your apprenticeship, you’ll step into the role of Assistant Manager or Sous Chef.
