We want all of our customers to feel relaxed eating at ASK Italian, so we take very seriously our responsibility towards looking after our guests with food allergies, dietary requirements and coeliac disease. We proactively ask customers about allergies and have allocated allergen managers to ensure a safe process, from order through to serving. We also provide allergen filtering through Pronto order, our digital table ordering system.
NON-GLUTEN PIZZA
If you're on the hunt for a non-gluten containing pizza, you're in the right place. You can enjoy all the flavour of our brand-new Pizza a Mano range but made using a non-gluten containing base.
NON-GLUTEN PASTA
All of our classic pasta dishes can me made using our non-gluten containing fusili.
But just make sure you mention any allergens or intolerances to one of our team so we can look after you.

As a company we recognise the importance of the safe management of allergens and the serious effect they can have on certain individuals. We have strict policies in place to deal with handling allergens, as well as a strict auditing process to ensure that these policies are fully complied with in all of our restaurants.
However, our suppliers and kitchens handle numerous ingredients and allergens. Whilst we have strict controls in place to reduce the risk of contamination, unfortunately it is not possible for us to guarantee that our dishes will be 100% allergen free. Please speak to the restaurant manager if you have any food allergies prior to placing your order so we can take extra care preparing your dish.
Our menus clearly signpost people who suffer from allergies to our allergen specific menu. All our restaurant teams are fully trained and have printed detailed allergen menus. This information is also published online so customers can make an informed decision before they dine with us.

Our menu indicates vegetarian and vegan dishes. Our non-gluten dishes can be found in our allergen guide alongside a list of allergens. All of our pizzas (except the Calzone range) and Classic Pastas (excluding Ravioli) can also be made with non-gluten containing ingredients. Our nutritional information page lists calories and other nutritional information to help you make an informed choice.
Our allergen menu covers the 14 allergens specified by the Food Information Regulations*. We are no longer reporting on garlic and onion.
