Yes of course, we want you to start enjoying the benefits of being an ASK Perks rewards app member straight away. Choose between any of the Perks on offer in the app on your visit. An instant treat from us.
No problem, it happens! To reset your password on the ASK Perks rewards app, when youâre on the login screen, just click on âforgot passwordâ and follow the steps.
Youâre more than welcome to set up a new ASK Perks rewards app account, however unfortunately weâre unable to transfer your lemon stamps or any reward vouchers you may have earned over to the new account.
At the moment, youâre unable to update your personal details. However you are able to change your marketing preferences in the âProfile & Preferencesâ section of the app. Youâll only be able to hear about our new offers & Perks if youâre opted in.

You can delete your account in the âProfile & Preferencesâ section of the app. Please note that this is a permanent action that cannot be reversed and you will lose any lemon stamps & reward vouchers you may have earned.
ALL ABOUT LEMON STAMPS
A lemon stamp is your new way of getting rewarded for your visits to ASK Italian.
Youâll collect a lemon stamp each time you dine, when you spend a minimum of ÂŁ15 (once any discounts or offers have been applied). Just remember to check in to your table before making the payment!
Make sure youâve got an ASK Perks account and the ASK Perks rewards app set up on your phone. To collect a lemon stamp, you first have to check in to your table on the ASK Perks rewards app and make sure youâve spent a minimum of ÂŁ15 or more (once any discounts or offers have been applied).
Unfortunately not. You may collect up to 1 lemon stamp per visit.
On your ASK Perks rewards app, click on the âRewardsâ tab at the bottom. Youâll be able to see how many lemon stamps youâve collected there.

There could be a couple of reasons for this, you may not have checked in to your table properly. Or you didnât spend the minimum amount required to collect a lemon stamp.It may take up to an hour for a lemon stamp to appear in your app after your visit. But if youâve still not received after this time, then please drop us a line here and weâll be happy to help.
PERKS & REWARDS
Reward vouchers are one-time redemption only and are loaded onto your app as your reward for moving up up a level. Whereas youâre able to use your Perks multiple times. However you do have to choose which Perk youâd like to use on your visit, as these canât be used together. For example, youâre unable to use your Anytime Perk alongside your 10% off Set Menu Perk.
As a Perks rewards app member, you get exclusive access to redeem our Anytime Perk. Each month, weâll give you a new Anytime Perk. It might be an Aperol Spritz, or a dessert on the house. It may even be a sneak preview of a new dish. Whatever it is, youâll be able to use it any day and every time you visit.
No, unfortunately you canât use different Perks at the same time. For example, you may not use an Anytime Perk alongside your 10% off Set Menu Perk on the same table. However, you may use multiple Anytime Perks on the same table. For example, if you and your party all have an Anytime Perk code, you may use these together. Youâre also unable to use a Perk with any third party offers or promotions.
Anyone at the table with an Anytime Perk code (either via the app or via an email) may receive the Anytime Perk. Your 10% off Set Menu Perk will apply to all qualifying set menus on the table, needing just one code.
To redeem your ASK Perk or Reward Voucher, the QR code will have to be scanned by one of our team members in the restaurant. Itâs as easy as that, just let your server know when youâre going to order which Perk youâll be using on your visit.
Yes, you can use your Reward Voucher in conjunction with any of your Perks.

Then once youâve earned enough lemon stamps to unlock a Reward Voucher, you can use this in conjunction with your Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Service offer.
You cannot use a UNiDAYS or Student Beans offer in conjunction with any Perk listed in the ASK Perks rewards app. However, you can still check in and earn a lemon stamp for your visit. Providing youâve spent a minimum of ÂŁ15 (once any discounts or offers have been applied). Then once youâve earned enough lemon stamps to unlock a Reward Voucher, you can use this in conjunction with your UNiDAYS or Student Beans offer.
You cannot use your Tastecard offer in conjunction with any Perk listed in the ASK Perks rewards app. However, you can still check in and earn a lemon stamp for your visit. Providing youâve spent a minimum of ÂŁ15 (once any discounts or offers have been applied). Then once youâve earned enough lemon stamps to unlock a Reward Voucher, you can use this in conjunction with your Tastecard.
You cannot use Tesco Clubcard Vouchers in conjunction with any Perk listed in the ASK Perks rewards app. However, you can still check in and earn a lemon stamp for your visit. Providing youâve spent a minimum of ÂŁ15 (once any discounts or offers have been applied). Then once youâve earned enough lemon stamps to unlock a Reward Voucher, you can use this in conjunction with your Tesco Clubcard Vouchers.
LEVELS
We donât want your loyalty to go unnoticed. Thatâs why weâve introduced levels in our ASK Perks app.You can collect a lemon stamp each time you visit ASK Italian. Keep collecting lemons to move up the levels and unlock better benefits.
Thereâs three levels to complete. Once youâve downloaded the app, youâll begin on level 1. To unlock level 2, youâll need to collect 3 lemon stamps. And to unlock level 3, youâll need to collect 6 lemon stamps. Weâll also give you a reward voucher each time you unlock a new level.
Once you reach a new level, you will stay in that level you achieve for 12 months. On the level anniversary date â one year after reaching the level â we will calculate the total number of lemon stamps earned over the previous 12 months to determine your level status.
As long as you have earned enough lemon stamps to be in Level 3 over the preceding 12 months, you will remain in Level 3. The same applies to Level 1 and 2. If you havenât earnt any stamps, you will be in Level 1; if you have earned 3 Lemon stamps, you will be in Level 2, and if you have 6 Lemon stamps then you will be in Level 3.
Youâll always have access to our Anytime Perk, which changes on a monthly basis.If youâre in level 1, you get access to 10% off our Perks Set Menu. But when you reach level 3, this goes up to 20%. And the same applies for Click & Collect orders too. Plus, whenever you unlock a new level, weâll give you a reward voucher as a little thank you.
