THE MAIN EVENT

Smokey Beef Prima Pizza – slow-cooked beef ragù and balsamic onions on mozzarella and tomato base, drizzled with creamy carbonara and finished with smoky pepper pesto and fresh basil.

Pizza alla Puttanesca – a timeless classic pizza with anchovies, black olives, and balsamic onions on a mozzarella and tomato base.

Sticky Calabrian Beef Shortrib – slow-cooked Calabrian-style beef short rib drizzled with sticky chilli honey. Served with a rich slow-roasted tomato sauce with roasted potatoes and charred long-stem broccoli.

Limoncello Cheesecake – served with a drizzle of berry coulis

Peach Melba Sundae – a summery sundae inspired by the classic Peach Melba – with peach slices, vanilla gelato, lemon cheesecake cream, berry coulis and mini meringues topped with whipped cream.
