Eligibility & Promotional Period

• The promoter of this promotion is ASK Italian, part of Azzurri Group Limited ("ASK Italian").
• The Slice Is Right promotion is available to eligible dine-in guests at participating ASK Italian restaurants.
• The promotion is available from 5.00pm on:
• Friday 10 July and Saturday 11 July
• Friday 17 July and Saturday 18 July
• Friday 24 July and Saturday 25 July
• The promotion is available to tables of up to 6 guests.
• The promotion is not available at ASK Italian London Park Street, London Westfield Stratford and Scarborough)
• ASK Italian reserves the right to exclude restaurants or amend promotional dates where reasonably necessary due to operational, technical or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any such changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.

How to participate

• Customers must be registered ASK Perks Rewards app members to participate.
• No food or drink purchase is required to participate. To play, customers must:
• Present their Slice Is Right QR code within the ASK Perks Rewards app to their server
• Inform their server that they wish to participate before placing their order; and
• Allow their server to scan the QR code before spinning the wheel.
• QR code scans may be used by ASK Italian to validate participation and prevent repeat gameplay during the promotional period.
• The Slice Is Right promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other ASK Perks Rewards offer, promotional discount or set menu during the same visit.
• One spin is permitted per table, with one guest nominated to spin on behalf of the table.
• Where a table lands on a Spin Again segment, one additional spin will be permitted. The outcome of the second spin will determine the final prize awarded.
• Spin outcomes are final. Tables landing on a non-winning segment, including Cut Your Losses, will not be eligible for any additional spins or alternative prizes.

Prizes

• The promotional wheel contains 14 segments with varying prize allocations.
• Instant win prizes may be awarded depending on the outcome of the Slice Is Right spin, including complimentary drinks, complimentary desserts, 50% off Pizza a Mano, money off the table's bill and a £10 discount off a future dine-in visit.
• The top prize entitles the winning table to receive their meal free of charge, up to a maximum value of £150, redeemable against food and drink purchased during that visit only. Any spend over £150 must be paid by the customer.
• Unless otherwise stated, complimentary and discounted food and drink prizes apply to the number of guests dining at the winning table, up to a maximum of 6 guests.
• Eligible drinks, desserts and promotional items are as follows. Extras, add-ons, upgrades and additional toppings are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Eligible complimentary drinks include: Peroni Nastro Azzurro Gluten Free 330ml, Peroni Nasto Azzurro 0.0%, Prosecco Brut Doc 125ml, Prosecco Doc Rose 125ml, Trebbiano 175ml, Nero d'Avola 175ml, Pinot Grigio Rose 175ml, Aperol Spritz, Limoncello Spritz, Sarti Spritz, Coca Cola 330ml, Diet Coke 330ml, Coke Zero 330ml, Sprite Zero 330ml.
• Eligible complimentary desserts include: Tiramisu, Warm Chocolate Brownie, Sicilian Lemon Tart, Sticky Coffee Pudding and Caramello Chocolate Torta.
• The 50% off Pizza a Mano prize applies to all Pizza a Mano pizzas, including non-gluten containing options. Extras, add-ons and upgrades are excluded.
• All prizes are subject to availability. Where a prize is unavailable, ASK Italian reserves the right to substitute an alternative of equal or greater value.

£10 Off Next Visit Prize

• One £10 off voucher will be issued per winning table.
• The voucher entitles the winning table to £10 off a minimum £30 dine-in bill at participating ASK Italian restaurants.
• The voucher may only be redeemed where at least one adult main course is purchased.
• The voucher is valid for one-time use until 31 October 2026. One voucher may be redeemed per table, per visit.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold or redeemed for cash.
• The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, set menu, discount or third-party partner offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
• We are unable to split tables to apply multiple promotions.
• Any remaining balance after redemption will be forfeited.
• All vouchers will be validated at the point of redemption.
• ASK Italian reserves the right to refuse, cancel or withdraw a voucher where there are reasonable grounds to believe it has been misused, duplicated, altered or obtained fraudulently.

Alcohol

• Alcoholic drinks may be included within selected prizes. Any guest receiving or consuming alcoholic drinks as part of the promotion must be aged 18 or over and may be required to provide valid proof of age. Under 18s will be offered a non-alcoholic alternative where applicable.
• Any alcoholic drinks included within a prize are subject to local licensing laws and ASK Italian reserves the right to substitute alcoholic drinks with non-alcoholic alternatives where required.
• Alcoholic drink prizes are not available in Scotland. Guests participating in Scottish restaurants who would otherwise receive an alcoholic drink prize will receive a free dessert instead.
• ASK Italian promotes responsible drinking and reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol in accordance with its licensing obligations. ID may be required to confirm age and Challenge 25 is observed for alcohol service.

Restrictions & General Terms

• All prizes, offers and rewards are subject to availability and are valid during the winning visit unless otherwise stated.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash, credit or alternative products.
• The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, set menu or promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.
• We are unable to split tables to apply multiple promotions.
• ASK Italian reserves the right to substitute any prize where reasonably necessary.
• ASK Italian reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse participation where these Terms & Conditions have not been met.
• ASK Italian reserves the right to refuse participation, withhold prizes or disqualify any participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been:
• A breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Misuse of the promotion
• Tampering, fraudulent activity or dishonest conduct
• Behaviour towards restaurant team members or other guests that is abusive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate.
• ASK Italian reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. By participating in the promotion, guests are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom in which the promotion is entered into, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

• If a customer lands on the yellow prize, this entitles the customer to a maximum of £150 off their bill.
• No change will be given if a customer doesn't spend £150.
• This prize does not work in conjunction with any other Perk displayed in the ASK Perks app.
• It’s also not accepted with any other in-restaurant promotions or third-party partners including (but not limited to) Tesco Reward Vouchers, Blue Light Card, Tastecard & UNiDAYS.
• Customer must have downloaded the ASK Perks rewards app and scanned the ‘Spin the Wheel’ voucher.
• Valid for a one-time use only and only valid on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5pm.
• No cash alternatives are available.

• If a customer lands on the pink prize, this entitles the customer to 50% off pizza.
• The prize will be applied to all qualifying items on the bill, up to 6 pizzas only.
• This prize does not work in conjunction with any other Perk displayed in the ASK Perks app.
• It’s also not accepted with any other in-restaurant promotions or third-party partners including (but not limited to) Tesco Reward Vouchers, Blue Light Card, Tastecard & UNiDAYS.
