Additional drinks can be purchased in the evening, with alcoholic drinks priced at £5 and soft drinks at £3.

1. Ticketing & Entry
   • Tickets are priced at £15 per person and must be purchased in advance in tables of 2 or 4.
   • Tickets include entry to the event, an alcoholic or non alcoholic drink on arrival and unlimited pizza during the designated time only – 6:30pm – 8:30pm.
   • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by ASK Italian.
   • All guests must hold a valid ticket to participate in the game show.
   • Staff from the Azzurri group cannot purchase tickets
2. Event Format
   • The event format consists of three rounds: Spin The Wheel, Trivia Knockout and Final Slice.
   • ASK Italian reserves the right to amend the format, timing or mechanics of the game if necessary due to operational requirements.
   • The presenter’s decisions are final in all gameplay matters.
3. Gameplay Rules
   • Each table may nominate one representative per round when required.
   • Any table found to have been cheating, disrupting play or behaving inappropriately may be disqualified and asked to leave without refund.
4. Prizes
   • Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
   • Specific prize details will be confirmed on the night.
   • All prizes are awarded per table only. The allocation or division of a winning table is entirely at the discretion of those individuals, ASK Italian shall not be liable for any disputes arising between participants in relation to prize sharing.
   • Jackpot prizes must be claimed on the night unless otherwise stated.
   • Staff from the Azzurri group cannot redeem these prizes
5. Generous Pizza On Tap Policy
   • Pizza on tap applies only during the official service time during the event, from 6:30pm – 8:30pm.
   • Pizza is subject to availability.
   • Dietary requirements must be communicated in advance where possible.
   • Allergen Information
     • While every reasonable precaution is taken to minimise cross-contamination, food is prepared in a kitchen environment where allergens are present. As such, ASK Italian cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergen traces.
6. Conduct & Safety
   • The event is family-friendly. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other participants.
   • ASK Italian reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests for inappropriate behaviour without refund.
   • Standard alcohol licensing laws apply.
7. Photography & Media
   • Photography and video will be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
   • By attending, guests consent to being included in such content unless they notify a member of staff on arrival.
8. Cancellation
   • In the unlikely event of cancellation by ASK Italian, ticket holders will be offered a refund or alternative date.
   • ASK Italian is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred.
