ROMAN KEMP TRIES OUR SPRING MENU
Ever wondered what goes on in the kitchen at your local ASK Italian when we’re about to launch a brand-new Spring menu?!
Fresh from hosting our live gameshow experience, The Slice is Right, we invited super-fan of ASK, Roman Kemp, down for a trial shift to give us a hand with some final quality control…
And instead of Roman giving us a lesson in Italian cuisine, we think he might have learned a thing or two from our chefs.
Spoiler alert: there was a lot of eating. And when the our brand new Pizza a Mano tastes this good, who can blame him.
ROMAN'S FAVOURITES
Primavera Pizza
Balsamic onions, slow-roasted tomatoes, artichokes, peppers, mushrooms and olives on a tomato and mozzarella base, topped with green pesto.
Pollo Roquito Pizza
Roast chicken breast, Roquito pepper pearls and balsamic red onions on a tomato & mozzarella base and baked in the oven, then topped with Fior di Latte mozzarella, crispy prosciutto and rocket.
Spaghetti Pomodoro with Burrata
Slow-roasted tomato & garlic sauce with basil, topped with a whole ball of burrata.
Linguine Carbonara
A rich creamy carbonara sauce with smoky pancetta and riserva cheese.
