GREEN BASIL PESTO RECIPE

METHOD AND INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS

To make the perfect Aperol Spritz, you will need:

  • 75 ml prosecco
  • 50 ml Aperol
  • 25 ml soda
  • Plenty of ice
  • A slice of orange and an olive to garnish

METHOD

STEP 1
Fill your glass with plenty of ice

STEP 2
Add 50ml Aperol then 75ml Prosecco

STEP 3
Add 25ml of soda and stir – add more ice to fill the glass if needed.

STEP 4
Garnish with an orange slice & olive on a cocktail stick.

STEP 5
Serve and enjoy!
