HOW TO MAKE PIZZA SAUCE AT HOME
The tomato sauce we use as a base for our pizza toppings is produced specially for us in Italy by the Greci family. They grow the tomatoes from seed, harvest them and make our passata within 24 hours of picking. We have spent a long time working with them to ensure our recipe is authentic and unique. You can make your own version of our sauce by following the recipe below, but the one thing you’ll need are sun-ripened Italian tomatoes or passata.

- 500 g Sieved tomato passata
- Good pinch of dried wild oregano
- 5 leaves of chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive
- Freshly ground sea salt and black pepper to season
METHOD
Serves: enough for 8 pizzas
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: none
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Season to taste.
This will keep for 3 days in the refrigerator.
