STARTERS

BUTTERFLY KING PRAWNS

Succulent king prawns, oven-roasted on Italian bread with garlic and parsley.

INSALATA CAPRESE

Fior di latte (cow’s milk mozzarella), Santos tomatoes, fresh basil and rocket. Dressed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and grated ricotta salata.

GARLIC BREAD SPECIALE

Melted mozzarella, Fontal and Grana Padano cheeses tucked inside a folded Italian style garlic bread.

MUSHROOMS AL FORNO

Mushrooms stuffed with Grana Padano and mozzarella, breadcrumbs, garlic and onions, baked on Italian bread, served with garlic mayonnaise.

MAINS

FETTUCCINE BOLOGNESE

Our hearty beef and pork ragu sauce is served with flat ribbon fettuccine, the way they eat it in Rome. If you prefer, you can choose Spaghetti.

RISOTTO ROSSO

Creamy roasted red pepper and tomato risotto with crème fraîche, garlic and fresh basil.

INSALATA DI POLLO E PANCETTA

Pan-fried chicken breast and crispy pancetta, served with avocado, tomatoes, spinach, Cos lettuce and red onion with sweet mustard dressing.

CALZONE POLLO

Chicken breast, pancetta, mushrooms, roasted peppers, olives, tomato sauce, mozzarella and Grana Padano.

PRIMA PIZZA CAPRINA

Soft goat’s cheese, rocket, San Marzano tomatoes and olive tapenade.

PRIMA PIZZA POLLO PICCANTE CON PANCETTA

Seasoned chicken breast, pancetta, roasted red peppers, red chillies, mushrooms, spinach, rosemary and Fontal cheese.

PRIMA PIZZA STROMBOLI

Pepperoni on a tomato and mozzarella base. We’ll add chillies if you like it hot.

PENNE AL POLLO DELLA CASA

Seasoned chicken breast, mushrooms and pasta baked in a creamy mushroom and white wine sauce. Topped with Grana Padano cheese.

WINTER SPECIAL PANCETTA & CHESTNUT RAVIOLI

Warming pockets of pasta stuffed with a smokey pancetta & chestnut filling, with courgettes in a crunchy walnut and cream sauce, garnished with rocket.

DESSERTS

LIMITED EDITION CHOCOLATE ETNA

Hot toffee sauce is poured over the dark chocolate cup at your table, revealing a hidden scoop of gelato on top of a heavenly hot chocolate fondant. Choose your gelato: Vanilla (V), Pistachio (V), Salted Caramel (V), Strawberry (V).

CHOCOLATE AMORE

Indulgent chocolate cake, gooey in the middle and served with a scoop of vanilla gelato.

HONEYCOMB CHEESECAKE

Creamy cheesecake on a cookie base, sprinkled with crunchy honeycomb chocolate pieces. Served with a scoop of vanilla gelato.

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

A decadent chocolate mousse served with crispy biscuits, and an espresso on the side. Add a 25ml shot of Frangelico, Baileys or Tia Maria for 2.00.

ICE CREAM PROFITEROLES

Filled with Italian-style soft ice cream and topped with a rich hot chocolate sauce.
